Clients:  Please use the form below to request repeat prescriptions (including flea and worm treatments) for your animal. 

Please allow at least 3 working days notice so that your request can be authorised by a veterinary surgeon. Please note this does include flea and worm treatments, we cannot prescribe and dispense parasite treatments immediately at the time of request.

Please note if your pet's medication has not been collected within 2 weeks from the date of request these will be put back into stock and will need to be re-ordered.

If you require medications for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.

We generally ask to re-examine your pet every 6 months, to look for any changes in the condition and for any side effects or new problems. Please be informed the RCVS regulates the veterinary profession and they require us to regualrly examine your pet when prescribing prescription-only medicines.
