It is our practice policy to build a strong relationship with our clients. We feel it is important that our clients can directly contact their vet to discus their case or just for advice. We also strongly believe in continuity of care. i.e. you get to see the same vet each visit – please ask when you make your appointment.
- We have a full range of the latest mobile diagnostic equipment available including high frequency x-ray, endoscopy and digital ultrasound which allows us to perform the majority of diagnostic work-ups at our clients’ yards. This ensures early and reliable diagnosis and reduces the number of ‘call-backs’.
- We have a brand new modern and well equipped diagnostic centre available in Knaphill (Woking). This enables us to perform more indepth diagnostics and procedures. We are also able to perform rehabilitaion following injury here, with access to moveable round pens, an infra-red back lamp, a horse walker and a cold water spa.
- We run a drop in ‘clinic’ at Warren Farm, Hulfords lane, Hartley Wintney every Wednesday afternoon. This is for routine treatments and we do not charge any visit fee for this service.
- We have an excellent relationship with both The Liphook Equine Hospital, Liphook and O’Gorman, Slater and Main, Newbury for our surgical cases.
- We are pleased to introduce our clients to Cedric Chan, B.V.Sc., CertES(Orth) DiplE.C.V.S. M.R.C.V.S., diplomate of the European College of Veterianry Surgeons and RCVS & European Recognised Specialist in Equine Surgery. Cedric visits our diagnositc centre approximately every fortnight and tackles our second opinion work. click here for more details.
- We have invested a lot of time and effort building solid relationships with farriers, equine dentists, physios and other para-professionals which we feel is important in opimising the health and potential of our patients.
