“To all the wonderful staff, thank you for looking after Brandy and Connor over the past 13 years, you have always seen us when we have had problems – even at short notice as with Connor. You didn’t give up with Brandy when he ruptured his cruciate ligament and at the end the care Tim gave us and the respect he gave Brandy we will never forget. I hope one day we will be your customers again… Too quiet around the house at the moment, but perhaps not for a few years. Hope you enjoy our token of thanks – not enough I know. “Dear staff at Castle Vets, thank you all so much for all your recent help with my beloved cat Freddy. After her first operation, she recovered well and enjoyed a good quality of like for a couple of months, but unfortunately she was an ‘old lady’ and the time came for her to say goodbye. I am just so happy and grateful that we managed to bring her back and is now safely back in the garden, where she loved to be. Thank you for everything and your lovely card, it was much appreciated. “Dear Emma, my wife and I would like to thank you for the way in which you attended to Chloe through the last weeks of her illness. Especially the way in which you carried our putting her to sleep. You were so gentle with her and it gave both my wife and myself great comfort knowing she was in good hands. We are both trying to come to terms with her loss, especially my wife who is taking her loss very badly. We both have a difficult day tomorrow when we collect Chloe’s ashes from the Pet Crematorium but I am confident that time will heal for us both and having Chloe’s brother Benjamin with us will make this easier.
